The water spray function allows a small amount of water to be sprayed into the cooking chamber in a controlled manner, creating a thin layer of steam that retains moisture in the food. This preserves the natural texture of the food, resulting in a juicy interior and a crispy exterior.
Uninterrupted Control
The air fryer has a large glass window on the basket which, in combination with the internal lighting, allows continuous visual monitoring of the cooking process at any time without opening the basket. At the same time, it is possible to adjust the cooking time (increase or decrease) during operation for maximum precision in the final result. A system that combines flexibility and control.
