1. This guarantee does not affect or negate the legal rights of consumers as they arise from applicable national legislation.
2. The above warranty periods are for information purposes only and are subject to change at any time.
3. The warranty period is applicable from the date of purchase by the final consumer.
4. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects that may occur in the device in question.
5. The warranty does not cover consumable items such as batteries, cables, filters, etc.
6. Our company’s liability for warranty coverage is limited solely to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product.
7. The following circumstances are grounds for cancellation of the warranty:
a) Incorrect use, incorrect settings, or negligence on the part of the consumer
b) Tampering with the device by an unauthorized person (technician or consumer)
c) Damage resulting from the use of a household appliance for professional purposes or in professional premises.
d) Damage resulting from incorrect or inappropriate installation of the product
ε) a call for repair on an appliance which does not bear either its serial number or the relevant purchase document
f) Damage caused by products which have been used in combination with accessories which are not expressly approved by our company.
8. The cost of shipping/receiving the products to be repaired shall be borne solely by the customer, who shall be informed in detail by our technical department prior to shipment.
9. In certain cases or categories of products, our company may provide a free delivery/receipt service of products to be repaired from and to the customer’s premises.
