The model details as well as the relevant serial number can be found on the marking label of the appliance which is usually located on the back of the appliance or inside the appliance in the case of appliances such as refrigerators and ovens.
For faults which are subject to in-warranty coverage, we would like to remind you that it is necessary to indicate the date of purchase of the appliance on the form, as well as to show the relevant purchase document to the technician during his visit.
